Development of a survey application for the "Madad Israel" program

The "Madad Israel" program is an Israeli TV show, which discusses various topics of the day and presents different opinions and articles on various topics. Throughout the program, the broadcaster is accompanied by interactive surveys that viewers can answer at home, in real time, during the broadcast of the program and at the same time as topic of the survey is discussed.

At the end of each survey, the viewers' answers are displayed on the TV screen, with a distribution of precentage to each answer, affecting the course of the program which is broadcasted live. The host refers to the viewers' answers and discusses them with the guests in the studio.

In order to develop the Second Screen system, it receives and transmits data in real time, and is able to handle loads of several thousand voters simultaneously, using various technological tools of real-time data transmission, writing and cache mechanisms, streamlining processes at the application and database level, and more.

Along with the app, a control system was developed for the customer, through which he can control the various surveys displayed on the screen, receive an indication for the viewers, and transmit the information in real time to systems that interface to broadcast and display the results online.
