Development of a WhatsApp chatbot for Fuze Tea, for prizes activity

For an activity of Fuse-Tea brand in the summer of 2024, we developed a game chatbot mechanism on WhatsApp that responds and replies to users automatically on WhatsApp.

The core of the activity is sending chain messages to friends - the user chooses a friend with a feature that suits him, and the bot generates a picture for him with the friend's name. The user forwards the message to a friend, and the friend can also choose the next friend and forward his personal photo to him, and so on.

Users who participated in the activity will be drawn daily to receive prizes - iPhone 15 devices.

The bot contains the following components:

  • Automatic response to users according to the texts received - both for open and closed questions.
  • Registration, by receiving personal details from the user (full name, e-mail, approval of regulations, etc.).
  • Creating a personal photo for a friend with his name and the appropriate attribute.
  • A game of sending messages to friends and creating a chain of messages.
  • Saving user information, their shares and their score.
  • Sharing the game with friends.
  • Receiving media in various forms - images, sound, PDF files, etc.
  • Sending reminder messages and scheduled messages.
  • A mechanism for blocking offensive words.

At the customer's disposal was a management system that allows him to perform the following actions:

  • Editing the texts (answers) of the bot.
  • Receiving an indication of all user activity, including score and number of shares.
  • Editing the pool of possible features for sending.
  • Interfacing and synchronization with SalesForce.
  • Interfacing to the Google Analytics system to receive statistical information on the use of the bot users.
