Development of a survey for Moses restaurants
Following the acquisition of the food company "Moses" by "BBB", the company's management wanted to understand more about the customers of "Moses" restaurants throughout the country. To do this, they asked us to develop a survey for restaurant customers, designed to give them more information about the satisfaction of customers of various restaurants throughout the country.
The survey we developed for "Moses" restaurants is a web component for tablet devices used by the various restaurant teams throughout the country. The local diners who wanted to receive dessert as a gift, were asked to answer this survey, which included questions about the place, food and service. The information was stored in a dedicated management system that we built, which served the company's management to better understand the satisfaction of its customers.
