WhatsApp Bot Development for a Purim Campaign of Prigat

As part of a Purim marketing campaign for the Prigat beverage brand, we developed a smart WhatsApp bot that delivered an interactive, engaging, and conversion-driven user experience — from initial exposure to full participation in the activity.

🎯 Project Goals

The main objective was to create a WhatsApp-based digital campaign that encourages purchases (via receipt retention), increases user engagement, and generates high-quality leads while complying with regulatory requirements (age verification, terms approval, and marketing consent).


🧠 User Experience Design (UX Flow)

The bot was designed as an interactive game with a smart, step-by-step flow:

  • Welcome Screen & Call to Action
    Introduction to the campaign with quick reply buttons ("More Info", "Ready for the Challenge").

  • User Data Collection
    Full name, email, age confirmation (16+), and marketing consent — as mandatory participation requirements.

  • Terms & Conditions Approval
    Sending a PDF document and requiring user confirmation before proceeding.

  • Music Challenge 🎶
    Users listen to short audio clips and identify Purim-related songs from multiple-choice options.

  • Answer Validation Mechanism
    Handling invalid or incorrect responses with smart prompts and retry encouragement.

  • Final Step & Additional Data Collection
    Selecting celebration date (14th or 15th of Adar) and confirming a contact phone number for potential prize notification.

  • Viral Sharing
    Generating a WhatsApp share link with a promotional video and invitation to join the campaign.
