As part of a digital Hanukkah campaign for Coca-Cola, we developed a smart WhatsApp bot that delivered a personalized, emotional, and highly engaging user experience — combining data collection, regulatory compliance, and strong call-to-action mechanics.

The campaign aimed to encourage product purchases through receipt submission, create an emotional connection with the brand באמצעות user-generated content, and collect high-quality leads while fully complying with privacy and marketing regulations.


🧠 User Experience Design (UX Flow)

The bot was designed as a simple yet precise flow, guiding users naturally through each step:

  • Regulatory Approvals
    Users are required to approve marketing communications, terms & conditions, and privacy policy — including transparency לגבי שימוש במידע, cookies, and tracking pixels (Google / Facebook), as a condition for participation.

  • Receipt Entry
    Users validate their participation by entering a purchase receipt number.

    Users are invited to share a personal story:

    This step creates emotional engagement and deeper brand connection.

  • Contact Details Collection & Validation
    Users select or enter a phone number for potential prize notifications, with validation and retry prompts for incorrect inputs.

  • Viral Sharing
    A WhatsApp share message is generated with a direct participation link to boost organic reach.

  • Reminder (Nudge) System to Prevent Drop-offs ⏰
    The bot includes an automated reminder system that re-engages users who did not complete the flow. Smart, friendly messages are sent based on the stage where the user dropped off, helping increase completion rates.
