Development of S.O. Activities Data System

The "SO activities system" that we established for the Central Bottling Company (Coca-Cola Israel), is intended to serve the company's sales promoters in the various retail marketing points throughout the country.

 

The operation is designed to serve several types of users -

1. Sales promoters - which are in contact with the customer at the point of sale. They can create activities of various kinds at the sale point - through promotions, signage, posters, postcards and more. This is done through a simple and convenient interface that allows them to set up an activity with a minimum of effort - creating a new activity using a graphic form, or creating a new activity from a ready-made catalog of activities. Also each user can watch the progress of his goals at the monthly and annual level.

2. Managers - Managers can observe the actions of their employees (sales promoters), approve, reject and edit activities they have created, and receive information about employee achievements and meeting goals. Managers can also edit the system information related to their arena - user management, category updates, activity types, customer list, vendor list, categories, elements, products, destinations, etc. In addition, each manager has a control screen where he can receive statistical reports in various sections relevant to him, the arena in which he operates, and the employees he manages.

3. Admin - The role of the system administrator is to control the entire infrastructure of the system. He can edit all the different categories, edit user information and add new users, and has basically complete control over all the existing content in the system which is used by the sales promoters and managers, at the administrative level.

 

The system is used daily by hundreds of company employees in the field of marketing and distribution, meets strict information security standards, operates on the company's internal servers while interfacing with the organization's internal users, supports a variety of devices and browsers, contains advanced modules and complex information crossings, and has flexible modular capabilities.
